TEAM BUILDING

Four days sailing program is intended for company employees, group of friends and sailors to get to know the beauty of Dalmatian islands, customs and cuisine while being on fresh air and having fun at the same time.

Sailing Program

Tuesday

1. Arrival in marina Split or Kaštela Welcoming drinks, meeting the organizers
2. Checking in   
3. Meeting skippers, getting sailing instructions. Leaving the port and sailing towards Drvenik Veli, lunch on board
4. Coming to marina Zirona ( island of Drvenik Veli)
5. Dinner in restaurant Jere(optional), visiting the town Drvenik Veli

Wenesday

1. Breakfast on board
2. Sailing regatta towards island of Vis, port Vis.
3. Anchoring in bay Stončica ( NE part of the island ), lunch in the bay.
4. Entering the port of Vis, dinner in restaurant „Bil As“ ( optional ), visiting the town Vis

Thursday

1. Breakfast on board
2. Sailing towards island of Hvar
3. Lunch in the bay Ždrilca
4. Regatta in the bay of Hvar
5. Entering the port of Hvar
6. Diner and annoucement of results (awarding the winning team)

Friday

1. Breakfast on board
2. Leaving the port and sailing
3. Returning to the marina Split or Kastela

 

The price for person( 6  persons  / boat ) = 2348,00 KN( 329, 99 € ) + VAT

Boat rent, skipper and daily berth are included in the price.
Supplies, gasoline ( using engine in case of no wind ), security deposit ( returned to the guests after check - out ), payment possible by credit cards.

Dinners in restaurants are not included in price.
Prices vary according to the time of renting the boat and individual wishes of guests. The dates can be changed if necessary.
Program includes meeting guests, short sailing course and welcoming drink, practising sailing, ssancient skill of Croatian sailors, renting sailboats with skipper, professional guiding.

Activities

The basis is getting to know the boats and mastering the sailing skills. It consists of educational and recreatonal activities in order to build a reliable team. The whole point is developing caracteristics of the individual or team, decreasing the stress after buisy week or simply improving the communication amog the employees.
Middle Dalmatian islands, with all their beauties are the ideal place for it. Teams are divided on boats during the program. High level of coordination among the crew members is essential, improves teamwork and makes everyday worries easier.
